In-app scheduling was a huge launch for us when it came to our drivers especially after our product team successfully integrated it into the native driver app, canceling any 3rd party scheduling Grubhub's drivers used previously.
To alert and give drivers a small "how to" and glimpse at what was to come we launched a demo video and a few emails alerting them this new feature was finally available. Direction on the video, and email design were the biggest focus for this launch.
